Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Purchases are made up front for consultation services. In most circumstances, provided that notice was received prior to twenty-four hours of the scheduled consultation, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If a refund is necessary, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If no notice is provided and the client does not show for the consultation, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling of the appointment is at the sole discretion of Raquel Plank and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
